Hunter x Hunter Manga: Vol. 23

It’s been a week and still can’t think of a good entry to come up with. Nevertheless I’ll try this one. I have read this volume two weeks ago and still didn’t write an entry about it. Well I’m writing it now. Anyway in Volume 21 of hunter x hunter manga Killua and Gon is on their move to disrupt the selection which have been planned the thing is, Killua is acting on his own, as what you can read in the past volume, click here to read again (if you have missed it). However he was targeted by the chimera ants where he fights to death, yes Killua, although he managed to beat them all he still got injured so badly to the extent of giving up his own life.

On the other hand Gon makes alliance with a chimera ant soldier which spy on them all the time. He talked to Gon and makes a proposal on joining him in their fight to destroy the King. Meleoron wanted revenge. Well, will have to read to story first.

In the Palace, the Chimera ant King was just playing a board game. His intention is to learn all the things that humans know and use it for his own good. Every opponent he played with was all died. Well, what do you expect, they are being hit so badly and wanted to give up they lives after seeing and making him irritate. However there is one player who manages to play with him fairly and still he didn’t get irritated even after losing at her many times consequently. The good thing is he even listens to her longings.

Furthermore, Morau is trapped on Zitoh’s ability which he got it from Hakoware Knuckle’s ablity. And now Zitoh wants to play tag with Morau which he has an advantage on it. But Morau did not play with him at all, instead he just sleep until the time is up. The time Zitoh sets up is 8 hours before the game is over.

At last the spider brigade is show themselves once again. I miss this characters, I feel so excited. I hope they will continue the anime series. As to the genei ryodan a character, Shalnaaq is still alive so I stick on him, and he will always be my favorite hunter x hunter character. And Shalnaaq and Shizuku would still be the best couple in that anime… hehehe…  

Anyway, have you seen Bonorenolf fight? Or Feitan got into a serious fight, well actually it’s not that serious but for the first he show some new move and He Kick some ass in that chapter, poor enemy she got fried. Hehehe. And another thing, are you familiar to that girl (actually he’s a boy) who’s like stalking the spider brigade in the previous arc, Greed Island? Yes, you guess it right, he join the Brigade and to think he’s a Zaoldyeck in replacement of Hisuka. I wonder why he chooses to join the brigade. But of course I’ll tell you why, by the way he’s name is Kalluto if you don’t know him.

So, if you still are wondering why he joins the Brigade, I will tell you. But let me tell you about Kalluto first.

Kalluto is the youngest son of the Zaoldyeck family, and take note he’s a ‘HE’ If you are wondering still wonders why, well it doesn’t stated but for me they are all boys so perhaps he was treated as a girl by their mother—that is usually happens to the family if they are all boys or girls. If they are all girls one will be treated as a boy.

Kalluto first appearance is during Killua’s retrieval at Kukuruu Mountain. The second time is when he assists his brother Irumi in assassinating the ten mafia leaders. Kalluto joins the Brigade is simply to find his missing brother Alluka. So that is it.

Anyway, back to the action. Phinx, Bonorenolf, Shalnaaq, Feitan and Shizuku accompany with Killua’s younger brother, Alluka, came to East Guruto to claim the head of the acclaimed queen. As Phinx said it’s a race so everyone chooses a different path. And so who do you think wins? Well I’ll keep it as a secret. Anyway you can read the manga below.

Moreover, Bono looks like Dhalsim in street fighter, but in fairness he has a unique ability but it’s just too grotesque. It’s like an Aztec. He belongs to a tribe though. (That was explained in the manga) I really never thought that he has that capability. Well I never knew him just now since I never saw him fight in the previous arc though.

Shizuku got sexy outfit when she was intangle by her fight with chimera ant soldier. But sadly Machi didn’t show. Maybe she and Hisoka got married… heheh, she’s one of my favorite genei ryodan characters also along with shizuku and shalnaaq.

Shalnaaq is lively and hilarious especially when he changes into battle mode. He looks like Ren Tao, I never thought he could fight that way.

But as a conclusion, those chimera ants soldier don’t deserve the spider brigade, they are just too weak for them. Anyway here’s the manga.

Hunxter x hunter vol.20

At last I got a chance to continue on posting the volume 20 of hunter x hunter manga. Anyway there it is you can read now. You can leave a comment after reading… thanks…

Now there is something pretty cool gonna happen to our favorite character, Gon and Killua. By the way there are new characters that seems to look like one from the yu yu hakusho character, I forgot the name though, lol. Some also look like cell and vegeta. I wonder why Togashi create some character that has a physical resemblance with the DBZ character. Anyway, Leorio and Kurapica still don’t show up, I wonder what are they up to, and even the genei ryodan. But since the place is in NGL I’m pretty sure, the brigade will rise up again, I just don’t know how or when will that be. And I wonder how Killua and Gon reacts when they face spider once again, and considering that there is something like a hive resting in some place of NGL which our main character is searching for, surely the gang would alse be reunited and especially that they already find someone that could break Kurapica’s chain. But the gang will soon be reduced into half due to their infiltration to the ants hive. Well I won’t say who lives and who dies because I don’t like to spoil people’s interest.

Moving on this arc is really something new base on what I have read the story still focus on Gon’s adventure, well Killua’s always with him and forever will be that’s why Killua is included and that should how the story goes. As far as the story’s concern Gon and Killua made a great team up so far, and that makes the story worth watching. By the way there are also old characters that are now present well not all of theme though.
